IIS provides a wide range of products to facilitate our mission of providing Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solutions. These products and Services are either provided by our experienced consulting and/or delivery teams or by our hardware and software partners.

Consulting IIS staff consult in a variety of fields all related to the Management of Information and extracting value from information and information systems utilising experience gained in the following environments: Insurance short-term and medical aid. Financial Services. Manufacturing. E-commerce. Aviation - Facilities Management.
From a technology perspective we focus on Enterprise Content Management. Electronic Document Management. (EDMS) Process Management and Improvement especially using Workflow systems. Electronic Archival Systems.
Integration and Development. The IIS software integration practice focuses on exploiting ECM solutions in the Integrated Document Management, Groupware, Distributed File Management, Electronic Bill Presentment, and Records Archival arenas.
IIS undertakes system integration and bespoke development to integrate new functionality and systems to existing business systems. Our experience with leading products such as SER, Staffware, FileNET and Documentum means that we are well placed to assist in customisation.
Implementation and Support. IIS engineers are trained and certified to implement and support the products supplied by our partners. This training combined with field-experience gained in designing, implementing and supporting solutions for customers in the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Insurance and IT integration arenas provides the foundation of our implementation and support offerings.
IIS is experienced in working together with application providers and system and solution integrators to provide powerful archiving, record, document storage and delivery systems.
